Founder and CEO
President and CEO, Ruth Ann Edwards is from the south side of Chicago and a product of the Englewood / Auburn Gresham community. Alumni of Harper high school class of 1983 and a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University. Retired from the city of Chicago Police department as a Civil Service employee with 30 years of service on June 30th 2019. She always had a passion for helping people, this is something she inherited from her mother. Her vision is to open a safe haven for homeless abused women, children and underserved families. We are our sister's keeper.

Joy D. Myers, Is a Registered Behavior Technician with the Illinois Department of Human Services Department of Disabilities.
Board Member /Financial Secretary
Janine Wilburn a product of Englewood, Lieutenant on the Chicago Fire department, and a member of the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority.
Secretary
Rachel White is a product of the Englewood community; she holds a BSN in nursing, with over 40 years as a Registered Nurse.

Katie Kirkwood Muhammad, retired Correctional Officer. Cook County Department of Corrections.
Board Member
Matthew Muhammad holds a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in science (Physical Education). He is currently holding a dean's position with the Chicago public schools.
